Ah, yes, I've had this problem, too.  Occasionally, when i4b hangs up the
phone, it somehow interferes with any phone call on the isdn line.  Symptoms
are as you describe: I can hear the other guy allright, but he cannot
understand me.  This even affects any phone call that's happening on the
other B-channel at the time of the i4b-hangup :-(.

Incidently, I did have the exact same problem with early versions of gerdes'
powercapi when using w95.  Newer versions of this software seem to have
fixed this problem (at least I haven't seen it in quite a while now).
