There's info in the LINT file (/sys/i386/conf/LINT).  IT will require the 
pcm driver (which may cause trouble).  check out www.freebsdrocks.com for 
more info (in the how-to section) on how to setup this card.  Keep in mind 
that the card is windows sound system wss compatible (which is FreeBSD 
supported).  If you get it working.. let me know.  I have the same card (but 
I stuck a ESS card in instead of using my on-board sound) :P   Follow the 
how-to's on freebsd rocks closely especially the one labeled "Reprise on PnP 
Soundcards".
