https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=196744 Bug ID: 196744 Summary: Hyper-V synthetic network driver ipv6 dad Product: Base System Version: 10.1-STABLE Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: kern Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: steve.bauer@sdsmt.edu When configuring the virtual machine to use VMQ, the ipv6 support in the guest is disabled because it detects a duplicate ipv6 address on both the statically assigned address as well as the link-local address. The workaround for this issue is to disable VMQ for the virtual machine. Host Machine: ibm 3650 M4 with intel x520 10Gbps dual port adapter with windows server 2012 R2 patched with the updates through January 2015 Guest machine: FreeBSD 10.1 stable release 277209 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
