Those are two different files you've listed there, but anyway, try
removing the offending one from /usr/ports/distfiles and re-fetching.
Often files which don't have any versioning information in the name
(such as this one) get updated, and there's no way for the ports
system to know that you have the old version, not the new one, so it
uses the copy you already have, which fails the checksum.
