If I changed USB NIC from ure to axe, it didn't happen to panic. On ure driver, command completion of tcsh on first (none cached) NFS directory yeild the panic. On axe driver, it doesn't happen. On my notebook, USB NIC of ure driver can be about 600Mbps (1000Base-T). On the other hand, axge/cdce drivers are about 40Mbps(1000Base-T), or axe/axge/cdce drivers are about 90Mbps(100Base-TX).
