If I changed USB NIC from ure to axe, it didn't happen to panic. On ure driver, command completion of tcsh on first (none cached) NFS direct= ory yeild the panic. On axe driver, it doesn't happen. On my notebook, USB NIC of ure driver can be about 600Mbps (1000Base-T). On= the other hand, axge/cdce drivers are about 40Mbps(1000Base-T), or axe/axge/cdce drivers are about 90Mbps(100Base-TX).
