FreeBSD 2.1.5 is a long-obsolete, unsupported version of the system. It is unlikely than anyone can answer the question. According to my shelf-o'-CDs, FreeBSD 2.1.5 was released in August, 1996 -- that's more than three years ago. We have had 13 releases since then.
