Hi, I've seen the structure of The FreeBSD Handboook in many locations on the web and wanted to know: what did you use or how did you produce the Handbook? In particular, the "previous", "next", "home", "up" links that are set up in the header and footer and the content embedded between. I would like to produce some documentation based on this template and wonder if there was a specific tool. Thanks in advance!
