Hi,

I've considered porting Minix 'nonamed' ("nonamed is not a nameserver, but acts one on TV")
to FreeBSD. I presume it would be useful for the same purposes as a caching-only named.

Do you possess any recipes for translation of Minix ioctl calls to BSD sockets?
