Ah, OK. Was there thought given to the fact that this is *not* the usual st=
yle
for a lot of writers around the world? I think this should at least be
mentioned (or else this discussion comes around again in a few months).

OK, I hadn't thought of translations; it would be nice to standardize for
translators I guess.

Yes, but who would convert the single spaced documents then?

Anyway, thanks for pointing out the reason for using this style. I still th=
ink
that a clarifying paragraph in the FDP primer should be written, but I don't
have the time right now to summarize this discussion.
