You can only have 1 export per mount point in NFSv3 (in V4, you can only
export the root of a mount point)

So what you want in your config file is:

/data/home -maproot=root -network 10.0.10.0/24
/usr/src /usr/ports -maproot=root -network 10.0.10.0/24
