It is related, see https://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/svn-ports-all/2016-April/122392.html In that commit matthew (who maintains rt40 and rt42, thanks to him for that!) noted that CONFLICTS in those ports had the wrong value and fixed it for his ports, as he saw what I did with rt44 (where I missed this!).
