you can work with a regexp-filter.

e.g.: 
Message Header: Content-Type.*html
Message Body:   Content-Type.*html
Message Body:   <[html|head|img]
(ok! the first two are not perfect but it works ;-))
it should be true when one of the rule hits.
and as action assign a color to the message or
move it to a other folder.

also, you can set in the global mail-properties
that evolution should never load images from 
the net (my choice)
