 I am running FreeBSD 6.2-PRERELEASE / Sun Nov 19 17:10:06 PST 2006, and
have observed this problem too. In my case, I was trying to read a 4.6GB
file from an NTFS volume. When trying to read or copy the file, it
always stops at *exactly* 386449408 bytes (~368.5MB).
