With none of my processes running and nothing that seems
to be running from ps or top output, my load sticks at about
0.8.
>How-To-Repeat:
Before upgrading to this kernel, I was using the same config file
with a June 12 SNAP kernel, and it was not doing this. The only
addition since then is options KTRACE but it was doing that before.
