FreeBSD limbo 3.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 3.0-CURRENT #1: Sat Mar 28 16:07:39 EST 1998 nathan@limbo:/usr/src/sys/compile/LIMBO i386 Not *quite* current but the system will reboot after something like: cd /proc/[pid] ./file as any user. The process in question was x11amp, however it was *not* running suid 0 and even if it was a panic from uid > 0 is not a nice thing to have :) there was no kernel panic message left in the logs. -- ________________ _______________________________ / Nathan Dorfman V PGP: finger nathan@rtfm.net / / nathan@rtfm.net | http://www.rtfm.net / To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-current" in the body of the message
