But if he was asking about whether FreeBSD could be a TACACS client it is probably not so simple and is, IMHO, a much more interesting question. Right now, login uses /etc/pwd.db for authentication. Some people have hacked login to act as a RADIUS client too I believe. But what about TACACS? And what about PAM?
