I guess the solution that I'm looking for is to have the mail list post to the news server if we do get one. I don't mind posting to freebsd-current@freebsd.org. But it would better suit me to read from the news server. With news server it I can read messages in retrospect of me initially signing on to the mailing list, and wouldn't have to ask of say the status of the es1370 sound driver. For the people that like to get the new messages in their inbox, they shouldn't notice any difference. Anyone interest in a news server please email me so I can get an idea of whether it is worth pursuing. Please don't cc the mailing list, I don't want to fill up anybody's mailbox who doesn't care about this issue. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-current" in the body of the message
