ok, I'll look at adding the comment in the near future..and commit it
once we've ironed out how the sorting is suppose to be handled.. :)

well..  the phone book for our area does it this way too...

are sorted how they are spelled...  hmm...  we only have one person
that has a mc/mac name, so why don't we delay this decision untill we
got more of these names? :)

so, if no one has any objections, I'll move O'Callaghan to be next to
O'Brien which is already sorted this way...
