This isn't a kernel problem, but a consequence of the way you upgraded your world. Unfortunately the only option is probably to revert to a backup, since you have a non-working compiler. In future, be sure to follow /usr/src/UPDATING and the upgrade procedure in the handbook, precisely, to avoid problems.
