I found that the problem od the XFree86-4.3.0 Xserver was in the file
/usr/ports/x11-servers/XFree86-4-Server/work/xc/programs/Xserver \
/hw/xfree86/common/xf86pciBus.c in the Function FindPCIVideoInfo().

This is in version 3.68 of the file, I've changed the file to verion 3.69
(from xfree86 CVS) and now the Xserver is working for me.

I'am attaching the file in case that someone has still the same problem.

BTW:
Is this low traffic here normal?
