This patch contains two minor changes to the contributing article :
1. Remove reference to incoming dir on ftp.freebsd.org - it does not
exist on the server. I don't know if there is a replacement for this,
if there are that location should of course be referenced in the
article.
2. For FreeBSD mirror sites add a reference to the hubs article instead
of the reference to the hubs mailling-list (the article has references
to the mailling-list).
This patch is not "tested" (I don't have a doc project build setup at
the moment), but I'm rather sure it is valid docbook.
