damn technical.  But if there's a pointer to it in some manpage people are
likely to check if there's a problem then at least they might be able to fi=

it and know that this is one thing they can try messing with.  Could be with
the other sysctls shown in cpufreq(4) (it's linked to from powerd(8) so peo=
ple
can find it).  Maybe with a note like "This MSR field must be ignored on
certain hardware to allow raising back the power level after lowering it.".=
