i try to install 4.7-release, the available cd at hand now, to my inspiron 1100
but that release does not `see' bge card also.
i also download bcm-0308252140.tar.gz after have a look at -hackers but fail
to make.

[bank] /sys/modules/bcm # make
Warning: Object directory not changed from original /usr/src/sys/modules/bcm
@ -> /usr/src/sys
machine -> /usr/src/sys/i386/include
perl @/kern/makeops.pl -h @/kern/device_if.m
perl @/kern/makeops.pl -h @/dev/mii/miibus_if.m
make: don't know how to make miidevs.h. Stop

just one more asking, is driver for bcm 440x the same as for bcm 570x ?
