While I have something similar with -dri and -libs merged back into a 
singular port, manu@ (with x11@ hat) has told me on separate occasions 
that merging is a non-starter. This is complicated by how to deal with 
meson build options affecting functionality in libgallium.so and other 
issues.

Ultimately something something subpackages but still.
