Currently you have to disable DEVICE_POLLING in your kernel config in
order to use multiple netisr threads.  Back in the spring I was
working on a patch to fix this limitation, but at the time I was
having trouble getting access to equipment to test it out on.  I
should be able to get some systems to play with now, so I'll try to
resurrect that work.
