This is a multipart MIME message. --==_Exmh_17934619030 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii I am running 3.0-STABLE cvsupped and built from Saturday, Jan 23 on a K6-2/350 system, and have seen a couple of these during a make buildworld: calcru: negative time of -695349993 usec for pid 5950 (make) I've included my kernel config and dmesg output below. I've also been having problems with buildworld in libpam - make clean doesn't seem to get rid of some (all?) of the .a files, and buildworld trips over them next time it's run. The build goes fine if I manually remove the archive files first. I saw some mention of this on the mailing lists earlier, but never saw a reply stating what the problem was, and haven't seen any changes in CVS. The stuff that ``make clean'' doesn't remove is: lib/libpam/libpam/libpam.a lib/libpam/modules/pam_cleartext_pass_ok/libpam_cleartext_pass_ok.a lib/libpam/modules/pam_radius/libpam_radius.a lib/libpam/modules/pam_skey/libpam_skey.a lib/libpam/modules/pam_tacplus/libpam_tacplus.a lib/libpam/modules/pam_unix/libpam_unix.a file(1) reports that each of these are ``current ar archive random library''.
