I am running the command in a loop but it seems to be ok.
But doing so I looked into our old prometheus exporter and found this:

I'm wondering if the new code is more prone to errors - or surface them
compared to before, but the culprit is really the exporter disabling the
sensor? Thanks for your fast reply. I'll report back after updating that
exporter
