Id like to set up a WAP for my home network. i have a wireless pcmcia nic working in my laptop just fine. I just bought an SMC 2802W wireless pci card to attempt making a WAP with. I have not been able to find any information about support [or lack there of] for this card. It seems to be a newer card, and has support for both 802.11b and 802.11g draft support. Assuming I cant get card working under bsd [im running 4.8-R on my server] any recommendations on a wireless pci card? My understanding is only the prism based chipsets can be used for wap's. thank you, and in the mean time i will try installing this smc card. yussef
