I'm also the ntp port maintainer, hence the request. But no worries. I used 
the prior __FreeBSD_version bump at the time. There was another 
__FreeBSD_version bump yesterday (Sunday). Since this commit is in between 
the two I'll update the patch to use the second one and send the patch 
upstream.
