The bug was observed on 12.2 and I would occasionally see it affect icecast by skipping parts of songs or leaving 'dead air' gaps in he stream. Since upgrading to 14.1-RELEASE I am not seeing this behavior. As such there is at least some indication that multimedia clocks are at least more consistent. Once I have finished upgrading 2 machines I can give this a proper test.
