first try to specify source address to ping

# ping -S 1.1.1.1 dest

where 1.1.1.1 - address on fxp0

and you can set on your vlanX interfaces same addreses ad on your fxp0
with netmask 255.255.255.255

# ifconfig fxp0 1.1.1.1/24
# ifconfig vlan0 1.1.1.1
# ifconfig vlan1 1.1.1.1
# ifconfig vlan2 1.1.1.1
