I've got the same notebook... and the same problem.

vendor=0x8086, dev=0x7195 <-- it's the id of Intel 440MX chipset
0x59334352 		  <-- it's the id of Cirrus CS4299 (an AC 97 codec)

The 440MX is used as an AC97 codec controller for the CS4299

Alsa driver support Intel 8x0 chipsets (Intel 82801AA,82901AB,i810,
i820,i830,i840,MX440), so with alsa driver under linux we can have
sound.

If someone could port this driver to FreeBSD, it will be great.
