Yes, the added code is a bit naive and does not properly process the message
buffer, so it could be filling up and iLO misbehaving (that's why I'm askin=

there's anything in iLO log, via BIOS or web interface).  That said it's be=

in production for us for over a year, and we don't see any issues (and the
monitoring software queries all sensors, IPMB ones included, pretty often),
still it would be nice to implement it properly, and this looks like a good
reason (just need to get access to HPE system again, could be a while).
