The domain of the sending address root@isesys.ibsd.ua doesn't exist. Indeed, as far as I can tell the ibsd.ua domain doesn't exist. Perhaps you could add isesys.ibsd.ua to /etc/hosts so that your local machine can look up its IP, but I'm not entirely sure that will persuade sendmail to deliver email for you. Andrew.
