I downloaded boot.flp from ftp.freebsd.org, wrote it out to a floppy using 'fdimage', and booted off of it. When all of the kernel debug information scrolls by, I noted, that wdc1 is not being found. Every other boot floppy I've used (2.2.0 thru 2.2.7) had no problems finding wdc1. It's looking at the same 'port' 0x170 and the same interrupt INT 15. If you need any further information regarding my system configuration, let me know. Please direct all responses to me, as I am not a member of this list.
