Yes. Yes. No. There's hw.cbb.start_mem, hw.cbb.start_16io, hw.cbb.start_32io, but you only have limited control. With NEWCARD, you must have interrupt routing or you can't (yet) use it. : with oldcard, we can assign them with hw.pcic.* in device.hints : but there's no such "pcic device" in newcard ... pccbb is the device, but the automatic config stuff isn't working 100% yet.
