Yes. Yes. No. There's hw.cbb.start_mem, hw.cbb.start_16io,
hw.cbb.start_32io, but you only have limited control. With NEWCARD,
you must have interrupt routing or you can't (yet) use it.

pccbb is the device, but the automatic config stuff isn't working 100%
