Hmm, here is the output from my ARCHIVE 4mm (aha0:6:0): "ARCHIVE Python 25588-XXX 2.96" type 1 removable SCSI 2 st0(aha0:6:0): Sequential-Access density code 0x13, 512-byte blocks, write-enabled I've done quite a few dumps (and one restore even) with my tape drive on 2.1-stable w/out any problems.
