Thank you for the bug report.

It should have been fixed upstream in:
https://github.com/zoulasc/blocklist/commit/b53f9e01201a587fda638cc66b35af50ed2404bf

Now, in order to allow the subnets 130.209.0.0/16 and 194.0.0.0/8, the subnet
mask must be specified.

The fix will be in 15.0-RELEASE.
It was decided that when importing the new version of blocklist, it would be
done directly with the new nomenclature (i.e., not renaming to blacklist
first), for this reason this change will not be backported.
