No this is not permanent. Once we removed XFree86-4, we'll start
removing USE_XLIB in favor of USE_XORG.
We'll send a mail about XFree86-4 deprecation in a few weeks, once the
dust has settled.
I don't think it's worth changing USE_XLIB semantics now if we're going
to remove it in a few months, but feel free to do it if you want.
