Hello, We don't document the system by RFC, since we support a huge number of them and that's not how people normally look for them. If you're interested in a specific feature described by a RFC, try searching by the feature name rather than the RFC describing it. If you actually compile a master list of which RFCs FreeBSD supports, we'd be interested in it.
