1. This is freebsd-newbies and not freebsd-questions. The second would
be a better place for your question.
2. A line in an email should not be longer than 72 characters. If it is
longer, it gets unreadable.
3. You should look for another email-client.
4. Please use dots and commata and so on in your writing. The way you do
it, i cannot get the sense of your words. Same for capital letters at
the beginning of a sentence.
5. Please put a subject on your mail.
6. What do you want, to "hook up to the net" or to "surf the web"?
The "Internet" is a lot more than the "World Wide Web".
7. You may want to check /usr/ports/www/lynx
