My error were like this -

There were WRITE, READ and FLUSHCACHE48, first there were timeouts messages,
then system was "frozen" - I wasn't able to even login using ssh, it was just
dumping those errors on console - sometimes drives went offline, then reboot
make them online, but errors were still there.

Only power cycle made the errors go away, but after any load on the drives -
again the same error. And the fix for me was this
"vfs.zfs.cache_flush_disable=1", power off, power on.

Anything more I can provide to help debug this issue?
