I'm attempting to install 2.2.6R using boot.flp onto a Dell OptiPlex
GXa computer. The GENERIC kernel refuses to recognize the Adaptec
2940U/UW PCI controller. No message is displayed during boot that the
kernel finds the controller. The Adaptec BIOS does see the controller.
Any ideas?
