This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0005_01C0AAFE.3DF33CE0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable I installed my soundcard like --->=20 FreeBSD Audio Driver (newpcm) Mar 12 2001 11:21:14 Installed devices: pcm0: <CS461x PCM Audio> at irq 11 (1p/1r channels duplex) in the console my cdcontrol works fine i can hear audio but when i start = KDE2.1 it sounds like a bad radio. On IRC people told me to disable my = ARTS sound server, so i did that. When i restart KDE to test the audio i started the cdplayer and it = crashed, when i started the media player it also crashed! but when i = open a console and i play a cd with "cdcontrol" i works ok, yes i whas = thinking the same. I wonder what am i doing wrong could somebody give me a hand with = this.?? please?? Thnx anyway.
