You don't say anything about your hardware setup (case, PSU, fans etc.), but I'd start by checking that your disks aren't overheating, that the PSU is holding up OK (with that many disks a 'normal' PC PSU just won't cut it). INN has much higher expectations of your disks than C-news does, and the extra work may be more than your farm can handle.
