Obviously I can't control stuff coming down the outside line, but I can control my outgoing bandwidth, so thats what I'm trying to do. The outside NIC is an fxp0, inside is rl0. I was assuming the way I did it, it would catch anything going between the two interfaces with the src/dst IP I specified?
