I think this is a reasonable choice.  Add math/py-numpy2 for now allowing n=

users to start migrating.

And mark a future cutover date where math/py-numpy becomes based on 2.x (ma=

a month or two).  At that time repo copy math/py-numpy to math/py-numpy1.  =
And
ports that are still dependent on only numpy1 can update their dependency to
start using that until they support numpy2.
