I always think today's kernel environment is no longer very suitable for M:N, the better enviroment might be RELENG_4. :-) I don't care this overhead because libthr does not more frequently create and destroy kthread than libpthread, and almost all popular heavy weight applications cache their threads for reuse, they does not rely on fast thread creation and destruction.
