Nuke net/ivs
Development on this ceased in 1997 and it isn't fully functional on
FreeBSD anyway. If someone still has a desire to use this software,
go to http://www.gaia-interactive.com/rv/ and download "Rendez-Vous",
the replacement for ivs.
