Could be big inktomi iron, alteon, or just some fbsd boxes. They can do anything from simple blocking to re-routing users to "cleansed" versions of otherwise objectionable sites. Cnn might start to get interesting after censors had their way. :) And the users never have to know... (Sure, someone would figure it out but would the masses care or understand?)
